This place is my safe haven. After trying out many of the other contrast therapy places, I have to say this one is my favorite. Their attention to detail is unmatched, from the layout of the space, to the lighting, to the helpful guidance, the music, and to the temperatures of the cold plunge and sauna. It is an intimate cave haven for deep body and nervous system regulation. The guides are so helpful, and can be as involved or uninvolved as you need in getting through the cold plunge. I love this place and can’t recommend it highly enough.

I just finished a breathwork and contrast seminar at Rytual, and it was truly a unique and incredible experience. The ambience of the space is spot on, but what really made the session stand out was the expertise of the team. Michael, Erin, and Sara created a fantastic environment. I learned so much about the mechanics of breathwork and the different physiological states it can trigger. It’s rare to find a place that balances the science with such a great atmosphere. The second half was a masterclass in contrast therapy. They have an incredibly hot sauna and three different temperature options for the cold plunges, allowing you to really push your limits or find what works for you. If you’re looking to level up your recovery or just experience something transformative, I can't recommend this place enough.

I brought a friend who has never cold plunged before. Luckily Sarah was there to help guide him through it. He ended up loving the experience and had a great time. Ive been to almost every other contrast therapy studio in Utah County / SLC County. This place is by far my favorite due to the cleanliness, lighting, music/live musical instruments, and the service from their incredible practitioners.

I appreciated that it never felt like I was being muscled into some “extreme” ice-bath challenge just for bragging rights (which, let’s be honest… those Insta-plunges get old fast). Instead, the team at Rytual encourages you to listen to your body and take it at your own pace. The experience itself, alternating sauna warmth and cold plunges, was actually invigorating. Afterward, I felt noticeably refreshed: my mind was sharper, my muscles looser, and there was this subtle undercurrent of calm that lasted long after I left. It felt like the kind of reset you don’t even realize you needed until you're walking out the door. But what sealed it for me was the overall ambiance: immersive lighting, subtle soundscapes, and guided breathwork that made it feel less like a spa and more like a full-on sensory reboot for body and mind. The space itself is calm, welcoming, and always comfortable. Thanks to the excellently managed time slots, I’ve never once felt crowded or rushed. Every session felt like a personal retreat. The community vibe here is truly remarkable; every patron I met radiated positivity and encouragement, making us feel instantly at home. A massive shoutout to Erin, our coach, who is nothing short of incredible. Erin was there for almost all our sessions, and her expertise and supportive energy were instrumental in helping me overcome all my previous hurdles with both cold plunging and sauna. I honestly don’t think I could have achieved so much—both physically and mentally—without her guidance. Rytual Recovery doesn’t just stop at the basics. The thoughtful amenities set it far apart from any wellness space I’ve encountered. The delicious beverage offered after sessions is such a treat. Plus, the addition of music, sound therapy, and aroma therapy created an oasis where mind and body truly felt restored. If you’re looking for an environment where you can comfortably challenge yourself, supported by a caring coach and a genuinely wonderful community, I can’t recommend Rytual Recovery enough. I left every visit feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and—dare I say it—excited for the next time. This place has genuinely changed my relationship with wellness, and I wish I could give it more than five stars!
