We had old leaky gutters with broken hangers and many layers of brushed in tar. Could never get them to stop leaking. Jonathan came up with a very fair price and hung new ones. His team did a great job replacing 120 year old fascia boards and toping them with new gutters. They cleaned up afterwards and left us all very happy!!! Highly recommend them.

The quality of the work itself was excellent, but be prepared to advocate for yourself once the company has your deposit. The process started off well—Bob, who provided our quote, was professional and helpful. However, after signing the contract, communication shifted to Jonathan, and that’s when things became challenging. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, including reaching out to my town myself to check on the permit status. Even after the roof was completed, I’ve had to follow up four times for a receipt or proof of work—and I still haven’t received a response. If you choose this company, know that you may need to manage the project details and communication on your own. The work is good, but once they’ve secured your business, you may not be their priority

Jonathan and his team are true professionals. The quality of the roof, the clean-up of the debris and the quick turnaround was outstanding. The roof looks incredible and the 50 year warrantee makes this the last roof I'll ever buy. But most importantly, my 5 star rating stemmed from the superior communication! Jonathan always made himself available for a question, concern, an idea or even a tax reimbursement question. My wife and I couldn't be happier - thank you Jonathan, Jamie and the entire team for a great experience.

Roof Right Now I wish I could give this company 11 stars. They were absolutely amazing!. I called Jonathan to have him come out to price a roof on my 2-family. He came out in 24 hours into my attic where he pointed out large areas where you could see daylight. Once I realized how bad the roof was, I asked how long it would take to get him out there and how much it would cost and what payment arrangements could be made. He gave me options on roofing materials and the price he gave me beat 3 other quotes. And the best part, he had a funding source which made it easier for me to pay for such a large purchase. Within 2 hours of him inspecting the home, I had a price that beat other roofing companies, I was approved for financing and he said he could start the job in 5 days. Our roof had reached it's end of life this year. In heavy rain, we'd see some leaks around chimneys and the shingles were growing moss and showing streaks. We did a competitive bid with three well established roofing companies including Roof Right Now. All three representatives were prompt, professional and responsive. Jonathan has the added quality of being down to Earth and easy going. It was kind of like Goldilocks and the three bears. One rep was too high pressure, one was too interested in talking about weekend plans and Jonathan was just right. Add to that a top notch warranty, scheduled work sooner than the other bidders and a one day job sealed the deal. Lowest bid and recommendations for tax deductible options were a bonus. The team who performed the work led by William were professional and showed their experience. They started early and left a clean work sight as darkness was setting in. The quality of the work is top notch. Jonathan, William and the team cannot be beat - just a great experience.
