Excellent in many ways- Communication from the owner, office staff and roofing crews was immediate not days later. The roofing crews themselves- arrived early and stayed until later in the day and were always professional. A clean up was done everyday with a thorough cleanup when the roof replacement was completed. The experience in the field of roof replacements is obvious because of the efficiency of the project from beginning to the end. No delays or extension of the roof replacement timeline. In other words, completed within the time frame given which was deeply appreciated. Roland Slate did a complete roof replacement on my house. They did an incredible job, and they completed the task in less time than initially estimated, which was great. Their sales team was transparent and honest. They quoted me on several different services, but were upfront about which ones were more essential and time sensitive and which ones could be put off; I really appreciated that. I definitely plan to work with them in the future if the roof needs any maintenance.

Our 67 year old house had the original slate roof. Over the last few years we developed a small leak that was not corrected by replacing a few suspect slates. Roland Slate advised removing the entire roof on the back of our house and only replacing damaged slates on the front. They also replaced all the flashing and tuck pointed the chimney. Their crew was wonderful to work with. They cleared away the debris each night, and finished the job in one week. We highly recommend them.
