Kenzie is who sealed the deal for me. As for the sewage removal, there was a missed section. However, the owner returned within the hour to rectify the situation. We had an amazing experience with Tim Moten! He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets/furniture and really took his time to make sure everything was done thoroughly. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. The carpets look and smell so much better, and he paid attention to every detail. Excellent service. Bought a condo carpet light colored -some staining. Was on 5th floor of condo so dry cleaning method was used. Great results. Price reasonable. Joshua was our technician.
