Rob's Dogs (Dog Training)

We brought our rescue dog Sage to their off leash program and worked with Zakita. We really wanted to build confidence and trust with our girl and that’s exactly what happened! She listens well now and consistently looks to us for direction and guidance. Zakita really considered Sages personality and quirks in the training and was always happy to answer any questions and communicated so well! It was a pleasure to work with her and the entire team at Robs Dogs!

I am beyond grateful for the incredible staff and support I’ve received from Rob’s Dogs, I don’t even know where to begin. My sweet boy, Monty, has been such a huge part of my life. I was there for his birth at 2 a.m. while watching my mom’s dog (Monty’s mom), helped raise his siblings, and chose him from the very moment he was born. He’s grown so much since then, but as a first-time owner, I didn’t manage his behaviors early on, and over time they became overwhelming. Monty began showing aggression toward people and constant reactivity, and I felt completely helpless. I’ve cried countless times worrying about his safety and the safety of others, especially after multiple close calls where he nearly bit someone. I lived in constant fear, anxiety, and grief over what his future might look like, terrified that one day his behaviors could escalate to the point where he could be taken from me or even put down. Rob’s Dogs has truly saved Monty’s life. Lauren was an incredible support, working closely with me, and Sarah did an amazing job working hands-on with Monty during his 9-day board and train. Michael spent two hours training me on Monty’s commands, and that time was invaluable. He was truly the biggest help. He treated Monty with so much compassion, patience, and love, and I could immediately tell my boy was in the best hands. While leaving, Monty got to say bye to all of his amazing trainers, and this made my heart melt. Seeing him interact so comfortably with people he hasn’t known very long, is something I never imagined. Because of this team, I no longer live in fear of what Monty’s future might hold. I now get to continue to explore the world with him, create more long-lasting memories, and keep my forever adventure partner by my side. The care, dedication, and heart every trainer showed has completely changed our lives. No amount of gratitude could ever be enough to thank the entire team at Rob’s Dogs for giving Monty (and me) a future filled with hope, freedom, and adventures. Thank you so much!

Zakita is wonderful! We signed up for Rob's Dog's after we'd had our pup for one month (she was 9 mo. old when we got her from the shelter). Penny loved the training and was always excited to see Zakita. We noticed a major difference in Penny within the first week, and we also learned a lot about how to manage her and be responsible dog owners. We've taken her on roadtrips, for patio dining, and even off leash to run around open fields. Absolutely worth the investment - it will pay dividends for years to come. Zakita was awesome! I highly recommend using Robs Dogs, and private lessons with Zakita specifically. We researched a few different trainers/companies before going with Robs Dogs, and we are so glad we chose them. We started our girl Arya young, and Zakita was extremely helpful. You can tell she really cares about the process and more importantly, your dog. She not only trained our puppy, but us as well. She held us both accountable. It's important to put in the work and practice daily in between each lesson, and if you do, you and your dog will be successful. To have a 5 month old puppy trained to walk perfectly on a leash, heel, and go to her "place" on first command (and of course the fun things like spin and sit pretty) is pretty remarkable. I was skeptical of using the prong and e-collar, but the team fully explain the reasons for using them and how to use them properly. They were very transparent and also allowed us to test the e-collar on ourselves before committing, which we appreciated. All the reviews for Robs Dogs are real and Zakita was amazing!! Arya truly loved her and training with her every Saturday.

Zakita was absolutely amazing! Nessa and I were extremely lucky to have her from the 1wk board and train to our 1on1 off leash lessons She is very down to earth and easy to talk to and ask questions. like another reviewer said she's not just training your pup but she has to train us as well and she just made it so simple not to mention my pup nessa gets so excited when she sees zakita which makes me happy too see. The transformation has been wonderful we went from not listening, jumping and pulling on the leash to hiking for miles and heeling and sitting on the side of trails to let other hikers pass. I can't recommend her enough she's amazing and you will be lucky to get her as your trainer
