We had a great experience with Elisa! She truly understands dogs and how best to approach training especially for a family dog. Our golden retriever is a completely different puppy after just a few session and we are so grateful! Highly recommend!

Working with Elisa has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our Sheltie pup, Daphne. Even though I’ve had dogs most of my life, I was amazed at how much I learned — not just about basic obedience, but about how to truly relate to my dog and communicate in a way she understands. Elisa doesn’t just “train dogs” — she teaches humans how to be better partners. So much of the process is about timing, consistency, body language, and mindset. Once I understood that, everything started to click. Daphne has transformed from a kooky little ball of puppy energy into a focused, happy, responsive dog. She’s still very much herself (which we love!), but now she’s confident and trainable — and we feel equipped to keep building on what we’ve learned. Elisa gave us both the foundation and the tools to continue progressing long after the sessions ended. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. HIGHLY recommend going through Fit Dog Training! Roku was a high energy dog who didn’t know how to walk on a leash or control her jumping when people came to visit. In ONE session those issues were fixed. We had a total of 3 sessions and came out with a well trained puppy. Thank you again for working with us and Roku! We are so happy⭐️🤍

Finally getting around to posting a review but I worked with Elisa on training my 3 year old rescue lab. Even before the training started Elisa was extremely communicative and professional, providing s pretraining session on the phone and forming a detailed plan for my dog. She provided me with the tools and techniques I needed to get my 60 lb wrecking ball of pure muscle under control on a leash as well as getting her to stop barking at every dog she saw on her walks. Our sessions were always productive and she's a wonderful person who truly cares about dogs and her clients. I highly recommend.

We loved Elisa. She did a great job teaching us how to train a few of our dogs, primarily our 7 month old Great Dane puppy who was a fan of shredding toilet paper, and counter surfing. We also worked on jumping, sitting, down, recall, walking and staying in his place. She also helped with our chihuahua and his protection/aggression issues. She takes time to educate the reasonings behind the training, commands and the importance of timing of the corrections and rewards. I feel like I learned a lot and need to hold myself and dog accountable for success. She gives clear instructions, demonstrates the training, then has the owner carry out the training, and makes adjustments as needed. She will even send you videos to follow if you forget some steps. She is very personable and relatable, we enjoyed our time with her and are very thankful we found her. You will not be disappointed if you chose Elisa as your trainer :)
