Whether you are looking for a place to continue your path on wellness or restore wellness, this is the place to come. I got diagnosed with Lyme and debilitating tickborne co-infection, and coming here is changing my quality of life. From compression therapy, to the Infared sauna, and IV therapy, I am slowly healing my body and feeling better each day. The staff is so accommodating and genuinely care about your individual needs.

PLEASE FIRE THE NEW HIRE! Please for the sake of restore. I've been coming for approximately one year. This is a great location with great friendly staff. This new nurse they hired came over to do my IV on 1/31/26 @2:30pm. Everything seemed normal. I had an uneasy feeling, a gut feeling. I said have you done this before? She was positive and assured me yes. Worked with critical care. She was friendly the whole time and I thought well okay. (Both my veins are so visible that all my life nurses have never ever not once had an issue) She was silent. Didn't explain to me what was going on. I see her struggling trying to get the flimsy plastic thing into my vein for a good couple minutes. I felt uncomfortable and scared. I could see her inserting it deeper up into my arm and it hurt at one point and I told her. Her not talking and kept messing with it was freaking me out, so bad that I had to tell her to take it out. I could definitely tell she was new and struggling. Communication or give up, don't try to keep doing something you don't know how to do! Another nurse comes over who has done my IVs before, and I said I need you to take over. Thank God she did. The nurse who's been there for quite a while took over and it took her a split second to get the IV in. I felt safer once the other one took over. Because there's communication and I knew what was going on. You put a lot of trust into someone putting an IV in you. It's not exactly easy to walk away. I felt like crying because I felt trapped during this experience. However the new one never really hurt me badly. She was polite her attitude was great. It's the being completely silent and not being able to do a simple IV in someone like me with very visible veins that freaked me out. My body was uncomfortable and I'm glad I was at least able to speak up and tell her to take it out. Spending too much time getting the IV in without any communication with the customer is creepy and not appropriate. I would hope that in the future if she can't do it, "TELL THE CUSTOMER" OR TAKE IT OUT. I did other services after but it was extremely hard to enjoy it because of what happened. This is the second time I've felt very unsafe at a restore. What sucks about it is I love the rest of the staff and especially that nurse who's taken care of me many times. I hate what happened because I can't return due to being nearly traumatized with what happened. There is a lack of credentials or something bad at this new hires previous line of work. You gotta be able to competently give the IV if your gonna be a nurse. I will never go back here. I just want to be safe. Go to other restores, the screening process for employees needs TIGHTENING!

I’ve wanted to try IV therapy but have been very skeptical so I never did it. I saw a BOGO offer here and decided to take that opportunity to finally try it out. The first time, I got the “recharge” IV therapy and noticed plumpness in my skin immediately after but not much difference in how I look or feel the following day. The next time I came, I had the opportunity to choose 5 of my own vitamins so I decided to get specific vitamins I felt like catered to my needs: Glutathione, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Magnesium and Vitamin D I believe. I do feel like I felt more refreshed the following days, it wasn’t drastic but I noticed overall energy. I was told it’s more effective the more you do it, like working out. I would try IV therapy again if I was feeling particularly depleted but I don’t think I’ll be partaking in this on a regular basis. Lastly, I want to mention Taylor was wonderful both times! She is super professional and efficient while being cool and friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who has very little patience dealing with crappy people, having someone as well rounded like her at an establishment genuinely adds a lot of value to the experience.

What a gem! I’m so happy to have found this place and been able to incorporate their services into my wellness routine. Everyone is super friendly & knowledgeable, without any airs. There is a wide range of services so as to accommodate a variety of health and beauty concerns. I enjoy the sauna, cryotherapy, compression, facials and restorative IV’s as part of my routine. As I age my body has shifted and new challenges arise and coming here helps me feel put back together, it also gives me a chance to unplug from my busy life. I definitely recommend checking out Restore Glastonbury. Maybe I’ll start seeing new faces soon.
