Replenish

I have been to many different spas but this one may be one of my absolute favorites. It felt so much more like a full experience rather than just a massage appointment. The building is absolutely beautiful and the waiting room has great amenities - a tea of the day, water, snacks, books, beautiful decor, etc. I accidentally messed up my booking but the staff was able to accommodate me which I really appreciated! Toni was absolutely AMAZING! The atmosphere of the room was lovely and her massage was wonderful. You can tell everyone here cares very much about what they are doing, and their commitment to giving you the best healing experience. I truly did leave feeling replenished. Thank you to the staff!

It's been a good while since I visited Replenish. I've been to both locations when the Clintonville Spa was open. I had giftcards that I I had not used, so, on my birthday (today) I called and spoke to Melissa and scheduled a 60 minute facial along with an impromptu lip and chin wax (all of the wax was not removed).The young lady (Chyna) that provided my service was friendly/nice, but in training. I would have liked to have been told that before my actual arrival or at my arrival. I really didn't know what to expect, but it was not the experience or memory of my facial with Deja. I remember Deja giving me the best facial massage. Lightly talking to me, letting me know of the products she would be using. Massaging my neck and shoulders. I get it there's only one Deja. I was hoping Chyna would massage my temple area, but never did. Chyna handed me a towl wrap to cover my top part but I was confused after my session why I even had to remove my top because she never touched my neck or shoulders. I have a lot of tension in those areas from sitting in front of 3 monitors for 6 to 10 hours Mon thru Fri. I understand it is my face that is being cared for, but her touch was very very light. I was relaxed mostly from not being in front of monitors. I forced my mind to shutdown as much as I could and be in the moment of my self-care. It was an ok experience.

What an EXPERIENCE!! My husband booked my appointment as a birthday gift I was greeted up on arrival and was checked in pretty quickly. I was offered either lemon water or peppermint tea as I was getting prepared for my 60 minute facial. My lady I had was amazing she was very calming turned the lights down, curtains closed and a mini meditation session began before the facial even started to relax my mind, and body. I left feeling really relaxed and rejuvenated and with a GLOWING FACE. I will definitely return and plan on making this a part of my normal routine for me.

First time going and I got a 30 minute massage with CBD. I love the atmosphere it felt very relaxing. Water, tea, and lite snack was offered. The staff was very welcoming and the massage room was cozy and roomy. You have to walk up the stairs to the rooms. The only thing that I didn't like is the restroom is next to room (jack & Jill set up), so you can hear people doing their business which disrupt your relaxation.

I celebrated my birthday here with some friends and was just blown away how amazing the experience/day was. I had a facial and my friends had massages. Everyone was so relaxed as we all had a nice time chatting and laughing in the very cute and whimsical larger room. No detail was missed. Everyone @ Replenish are so sweet and kind. 🫶 One of a kind way in Columbus to celebrate or just unwind and practice self care. Thank you Replenish!!
