I recently hired Reimaging Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first call to the final cleanup, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They explained the process clearly, showed up on time, and completed the job exactly as promised. The crew did great work and paid attention to the details. My roof looks fantastic, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home and my time. I’m very grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend Reimaging Roofing to anyone needing reliable, quality roofing.

I’ve been reluctant to post. $45+k metal roof installation itself was fine, and I want to be clear about that. The crew did solid work initially. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We had two roof leaks 1) near a vent that required multiple follow-ups. 2) was in my sons bathroom. While the vent leak was eventually fixed, the process took far too long and required constant effort on my end. The real issue—and the reason for this review—is the complete failure in communication and follow-through regarding drywall damage inside my home caused by the roof leak. This damage is in my son’s bathroom, and for over two months I have been asking for someone to come repair it. I have called repeatedly. Every single time I’m told: • “We’ll update you” • “The PM will call you back” That never happens. I even gave them a two-week open window where someone could come any day, any time. I clearly explained that after those two weeks, my availability would be Wednesdays only. So what do they do? They send someone on a random Monday, outside the open window, with zero prior notice, and I get a text message FIVE minutes before they arrive. No scheduling confirmation. No heads-up. No communication whatsoever. This is ridiculous. The only communication I ever receive is when I call them, and even then it’s the same empty response with no resolution. For a company with this many reviews, the lack of basic scheduling and accountability is shocking. And my drywall is still not fixed. No communication after repeated calls and empty promises. UPDATE (2/11/2026): Still no communication. Constant calls and zero answers. I get told “someone will reach back out to you.” I’ve heard this about 15 times now.

From the first call with Dan from the Florida team, I knew I had found the right company to replace our metal roof. Unlike other companies, we were given a single point of contact for the entire installation process. David has done an outstanding job of answering our questions and making sure everything goes smoothly. He even went above and beyond when the tarp covering the damaged roof tore off and he arranged to have it replaced before the roof installation. Highly recommend this company!!!

Reimagine roofing company did a deluxe superior job on our flat roofing and our tile roofing. They kept me informed throughout the job. From start to finish they completed the job in an expedient manner. Everyone was very friendly, competent, and professional. Not to mention they were really reasonably priced for the state of the art products they are supplying. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed. I can’t say enough positive about them and the company they work for. I will recommend them to anyone looking to replace, fix or repair etc… thank you for doing such a wonderful job. D. Clark
