Red Dirt Septic

On Saturday at 4:30 pm our toilets stopped flushing. I called Red Dirt Septic for the first time not knowing what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and reassuring that they could get someone out to our house to see what was going on. Very quickly I received a call from the technician who was also very friendly and helpful and he arrived in about five minutes. He quickly resolved the problem for a very reasonable price. My husband was so impressed by him he said from now on we are using Red Dirt. I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for such impeccable service!

I called and scheduled an appointment to have our Septic system pumped. Scheduling was super quick and easy and on my appointment day, I received a text message letting me know my Tech was on his way with a photo of what the tech looked like. My tech also called to let me know out far out he was from my home. Grant did an amazing job!!!! He was very professional and efficient at his job and I am a highly satisfied customer and would recommend using them for all your septic services. Only complaint was there wasnt an option to include a tip when paying.

I called red dirt (south)for an estimate on replacing our lateral lines. I was told Cory would get back to me by end of day and he did. Came out the next day to answer our questions and look at jobsite. I had the estimate by the next morning. We chose Red Dirt because of the price and customer service. The day before the job, Cory came out to look at jobsite making sure that access to site was good. They arrived the following day and worked all day. The guy that leveled the dirt out did amazing. Thank you Cory for helping us with this home project. You did fantastic!!

I called Red Dirt because we were happy with the septic service that we currently had. I found an issue and they were able to respond and repair my issue same day. I commend their service, respond time, and communication. I will most certainly be using them going forward!

The fact that they thought they could pull one over on my husband who is an electrical contractor After red dirt had a bad connection in my junction box last visit out it melted my box and wires. First pic is how red dirt shortcuts work but doesn't fix properly. Leaving open splices in wet location and bypassing the the water tight connectors is against electrical code. Second pic is after i complained about the work after water was tripping my breaker from splices not being protected so they came out and put silicone in my wire nuts and called it good. Third pic was me having to do it properly myself. We have spent way too much money with this company only for someone to come out and out silicone in the box!
