I want to point out that I’ve already called 15 times. Once again, I was promised that my file would be sent within one day and once again, it was never sent. I can’t even transfer my case to another attorney because these people are so incompetent that they can’t fulfill a basic obligation: sending my file upon request. Honestly, I don’t know how long this can continue, but it has been nothing but constant stress and a complete headache.

This company is absolutely terrible, a complete failure. The first person I worked with openly and constantly lied to me about my own actions: what I did, what I didn’t do, and what I supposedly had to do. I ended up having to deal with the insurance company myself just to make sure the medical provider wouldn’t charge me. I spent many weeks sorting this out, and it seemed like the issue was finally resolved, but two years later I’m receiving another bill for medical services. Reaching my representative at this company is simply impossible. They ignore me, I had to call ten times, and I still haven’t received my case file so I can transfer it to another attorney. I honestly don’t understand how this place can exist and still be operating. If you value your time, your mental health, and yourself in general, do not contact this company under any circumstances. This is the worst treatment of people by other people I have ever experienced.

Have been nothing but helpful, clear communication & done everything to make sure I'm taken cared for & have my best interest at mind.
