I am more than disappointed. I have two cases with this law firm in which the first case was back in May of 2025. I was originally told by Jesse Lopez that I should be paid out for the case by the end of September of 2025. Then I was told by the end of October I still wasn't paid out so then I was told I would be paid out by the end of the year. It is now February 27th. 2026 I still have not been paid out. I sent a text message to Jesse yesterday February 26th to ask what's going on with my case. No response. I've recently sent an email. Still no response. I am more than disappointed. I would not refer this firm to anyone. Very disappointed. The second case was in December. I expect to have to wait on the payout for that one but for the first case to be in May of last year and no one can give me any answers on when I be paid out! In the beginning he was very responsive and called me every two weeks to let me know what's going on. I was off work for 3 months and I had to have two surgeries on my hand so the payout would have definitely been helpful while I was off work. I've been back at work for 2 weeks now. Still issues with my hand and I still can't get my payout which is very much needed. I'm so disappointed!!

I am a young male and I had my first auto accident which was pretty scary for me.
