Real Clean

Had a wonderful experience with Real Clean. Stephanie cleaned my very neglected home that was inundated by dust and dog hair (4 dogs). It had reached a point that I couldn't even face tackling the job. The quality of Stephanie's work was superior to practically all the cleaning services I've used over many years. Definitely recommend Real Clean.

Updating my review to 5 stars. After my initial experience, the owner reached out right away and offered to send a team back to do a full re-clean at no charge. They took the feedback seriously, made it right, and the home looked great afterward. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in this service. We paid $500 dollars for what was supposed to be a deep clean. For that price we expected it to be much better. I've paid a third of that with much better results. We own an Airbnb property and have worked with lots of cleaners and know what an acceptable job looks like, this was not it. We ended up asking them to come back to get all the spots they missed. I walked through the house and showed them multiple things that were missed but told them the whole house honestly needs an overall re-clean. They wiped down the 5 or 6 things I showed them and didn't bother to look through the rest of the house. Walls, baseboards and vents were not wiped down. There was still dog hair on every surface and floor. There were cobwebs all over the house still. The microwave wasn't cleaned out and even after I pointed it out they still did a half-assed job to wipe it out. Spills left on kitchen counter. Dust all over surfaces. I could go on and on. Also when I originally booked this clean, the lady I spoke with on the phone said she would come out after the service to walk through the house with us to make sure we were satisfied before charging us, well that never happened either. Absolutely won't be using this company again

We live just north of SLC in Syracuse and reached out to Real Clean for a seasonal fresh start for our kitchen and bathrooms. This team was absolutely wonderful; the best professional cleaning service I've ever experienced. They were thorough, communicative and had attention to detail like no other.
