Tripped a wire at 8pm on a Sunday and couldn't figure it out. Called Raven. Dave troubleshooted the issue over the phone. Saved me time and money. Have called Raven a handful of times. Always helpful, kind, and have solid rates.

Roxanne Sidebottom rocks for real. I can’t tell you how nice it was to have someone that spoke English show up to my house to fix the outdoor lights on my home, and even more.. someone that went above and beyond even hooking up my security cameras. 10/10 Raven Electric, Roxanne specifically, is my new preference.

After having a snafu with trying to DIY the installation of a dimmer switch, we were very happy to have an electrician from Raven come in to fix the situation. The issue ended up being a problem with the replacement dimmer but we wanted a professional to troubleshoot and confirm we weren’t dealing with any other problems. We got an appointment the same day that we called and Roxanne was in and out of the house in under 20 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable and we’ll definitely be calling them for future projects.

Jason and Jesse, your journey men, did an excellent job and worked efficiently to restore power to our home in just over a week—record time, especially during the winter season! First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner "Dave House" needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a "must" for you. They are a true Alaskan "make it happen" company regardless of unique circumstances and in our case location! Todd Bagetis Alaska Farm Supply, Owner
