Fortunately, RRE worked with our insurance company, patiently and diligently, to get our roof claim approved. They also did a great job in installing the new roof shingles and cleaning up the garden afterwards. Took great care of everything. Highly professional. Very happy with our overall experience with them.

Best of all, after work was done and paid for, he was still quick to answer my questions and was willing to come back and look at a non-issue I had, just to make sure I could feel better and sleep easier.

We recently had our roof replaced by RRE due to hail damage. Andrew did the inspection and helped us with contacting our insurance company to report our claim. Carter was here to help during the insurance claim inspection, which was approved. Alex worked with us to get the job scheduled and was on site during the roofing process. Everyone was very professional and helped to make the entire process smooth and easy. The crew that installed our roof was amazing and did an excellent job, which was completed in one day. They were all very hard working, thorough and polite. RRE is truly a five star company and we highly recommend them without reservation!

We got estimates to get the hail damaged shingle roofs replaced on three buildings, our house, barn and workshop. We chose Raleigh Residential Exteriors (RRE) to do the job...we are so glad we did! From the beginning everything went smoothly. Ray provided us with shingle samples (we decided to change the color since all buildings need replacement), ensured the need stock was reserved early to ensure the product was available, explained their process and scheduled the job promptly. He worked closely with us to ensure appropriate safety measures were followed to prepare the barn/stall areas and ensure our horses safety was high priority throughout the entire job. The RRE team was organized, punctual, hard working and worked well together. They covered all landscaping and deck areas around the house to protect them. The roofing team worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old roofing, make needed repairs and install the new quality roofing products. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves and constantly ran magnets to pickup stray nails, especially so around the barn. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed. The gutter team was in/out in no time and the results were beautiful and well done. Overall the RRE teams were awesome! They all did an outstanding job! I highly recommend RRE for your roofing, gutters and siding needs! In this time of so many things going wrong, being delayed or having to deal with unreliable people, Ray and his teams at RRE were so great to work with. Thank you!

They did a nice job in helping to work with the insurance company to have the roof replacement covered due to storm damage. The roofing crew did a nice job on the tear off of the old shingles and install of the new shingles. They were respectful of the house and property, covering as much as possible with tarps. They were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day. We found very few nails and very little debris around the yard in the following days. They did a great job on the install with nice clean straight lines. The Certainteed shingles look very nice!
