Nate was certainly one of the most professional and pleasant workers I have ever had doing a project for me. As a 83 year old businessman who has certainly done so many projects over those years - it was so refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in his work. Surely a trait too few people have in today's world. We certainly look forward to having him and all the other fine people we dealt with at Quality Flooring, in our recent kitchen and patio renovations.

Made an appointment with Frank and the men showed up right on time. Brian, Renato and Isaac got right to work repairing our wood floor. They were very professional and did an excellent job! They had all of tools need to complete the work. When they finished they cleaned up the work area and left the house looking like no one had been there I would highly recommend them for new floors or smaller repairs like mine.

Quality Flooring did an outstanding job. I interviewed five flooring contractors. John was only one of two that followed up. The pricing was a very competitive. The crew took only two days to finish this job. One day of demo of the existing tile. One day to install the new flooring. It is a construction job and demoing tile is very dusty. They did an excellent job at dust mitigation. There was still a lot of cleaning to do, but I was very happy at how they tried to keep it down. There were four transitions. The other companies were going to put a transition strip in. These guys were craftsmen. As you can see from the one picture the cuts were perfect. The results were seamless. Very professional. A man who takes pride in his work. The crew was friendly and respectful. They cleaned up each day; actually leaving my condo breezeway cleaner than when they came. Communication was good. I worked construction as a building automation, engineer, tech, programmer, project management, juggling as many as eight projects at one time. I was told never to tell the customer I was busy if something got delayed. The customer doesn’t care how busy you are. The customer only cares about his job. I guess this is why I was sensitive to John saying that a couple of times at the front end of the job. Aside from this personal thing, and it sure wasn’t a deal killer, I give them my highest recommendation. You will not regret doing business with them.

John Milea was incredibly helpful and the installation crew were fabulous. Both wood and tile went down and new baseboards. Pictures do not even do justice (these are also during install pictures)

We recently used Quality Flooring by Frank Milea to install engineered hardwood in two bedrooms, a staircase, and upstairs hallway. We had all other rooms done approximately 10 years ago by a different installer. John Milea and crew were able to find a match for color, texture, and size. Transition from the earlier install to this install is absolutely perfect! Brian did a great job with installation in both bedrooms, the staircase, and upstairs hallway. We couldn’t be more happy! Brian also replaced several boards in three separate locations from the previous install. Again, a perfect match/transition.
