Fantastic Floors

We had a great experience with Fantastic Floors and are very happy with the results. We went from tile/carpet and replaced with engineered wood floors throughout. Tyler was awesome and very professional. He was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. His crew of Gabe and Rafael were fantastic. We would highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience working with this flooring company, and I can’t say enough good things about Tyler and his crew. From the very beginning, Tyler was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and help me feel confident in the decisions I was making. You can really tell he cares about the quality of his work and about his customers. The crew did an absolutely beautiful job on my floors. The workmanship was top-notch everything looks seamless, professional, and truly transformed my space. On top of that, they were extremely clean and respectful of my home. They made sure everything was tidy at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a team that delivers both amazing service and outstanding results, but Tyler and his crew definitely did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. We love our new carpet—it looks amazing! We had such a great experience working with Andy. Out of all the companies we reached out to for quotes, he was the most helpful and responsive. He answered all questions we had in a timely manner and was extremely flexible with our schedule. Choosing them was a no-brainer. He helped us figure out what worked best for us within our budget, and we couldn’t be happier. Not to mention, their pricing was extremely competitive. I have used Fantastic Floors twice now and each time expectations were met with the end result eluding quality and professionalism. My first project was on my personal home installing over 1,300 sq ft of ceramic wood look tile and the second project with the Non-Profit I work for installing 3,000 sq ft of carpet with each project being overseen by Heath W.. Heath provided an open line of communication with a quick response time, helped in selecting the right product for the job, and ensured we were happy with the end result.
