We have been going to this salon for my 3 kids with Suki whom my eldest likes how she cuts her hair. But last time we went my second kiddo spilled her ice cream by the door and made a mess. I apologized for the mess and even went to my car to get the wipes and started cleaning it up. The on duty hair dresser get a map and was pissed, she handed me the mop and told me to clean the mess. I mop the floor and the door mat where the ice cream landed including the side window where the ice cream was splattered. I was embarrassed enough with what happen but me being asked to mop the floor and the door mat was humiliating. we own a business too, and we don't asked customers to clean up their mess when accident happen. In the end since Suki was not there, the hair dresser that handed me the broom did not render service to us and told us to come back when Suki is on duty. I was never humiliated in my life before just because of an accident that we never intended to happen.

I loved my haircut, but I really disliked that they styled and shampooed my hair without me asking and then charged me double what I would have paid for the haircut. There are also no prices posted anywhere, so you don't know what you're paying for until you leave. For anyone who's curious, it's $40 for a haircut and $35 for shampoo and style(which is essentially just having your hair blowdried for you)

I didn’t get my hair cut here but I took my boyfriends mom here and they were very sweet and treated his mother very nice. She almost fell asleep.

Full crew and busy busy busy! Wonderful and friendly place for a haircut and other salon needs!! Great staff, great prices!! Walk-ins totally welcome or make an appointment. I love this place, been coming here for a few years. Anyway, come and get a great haircut you'll love!!!

I love this place! Visiting from Fairbanks for a weekend and definitely will come back if I'm ever back in Anchorage. As soon as you walk in the door, the vibe is so lighthearted and fun. She did an amazing job with my hair, exactly what I asked for!
