I had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Memphis did a fantastic job inspecting my roof and helping me get everything set up for a full replacement. He worked hard to get us an affordable price without cutting corners and made sure our roof was installed using the best materials available. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure everything went smoothly, which really showed his professionalism and care. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Hafid and Chris did an outstanding job ensuring the roof replacement went perfectly, and Hafid kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. Juan, the owner, even personally followed up afterward, which speaks volumes about the level of service and pride they take in their work. Excellent service all around. It’s no surprise they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I highly recommend Pro Roofing and Siding to anyone needing roofing work done.

I had gutters installed a few years ago, and last week we noticed that a section was starting to come loose. Chad came out the same day to figure out what we needed, and a few days later Chris and Lorenzo came out to fix the issue. Customer service and communication have been amazing through the process. Thanks to the team for being so responsive and taking care of my home!

Pro Roofing did a great job of being efficient in the roof repair on my home, as well as removing all the rotten wood behind my gutters. They were a professional crew who did a great job of clean up after the job was completed. I had a couple minor issues to get resolved, and they came back out and fixed the issue no question. Great experience overall

We are still evaluating contractors because this was our very first quote and we always get at least 3 but I had to leave a review on the professionalism of Joanna who examined our siding issues caused by woodpeckers and made the correct recommendations on a solution. She was able to provide a quote the very same day and discuss it with us. I am very comfortable with the skill and professionalism with this company. Some of the other service providers have not even showed up yet.

Joanna R. was our Restoration Specialist and did a phenomenal job explaining what was needed to complete the project. The estimate was straightforward, itemized and honest in pricing. It included in-depth photos and detailed plans for next steps. Chris was our Project Superintendent and also did an exemplary job. He checked in frequently and made sure the crew did everything as planned. All steps were communicated perfectly. The repair also included preventative measures to avoid future water infiltration. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with such a courteous, professional and knowledgeable team. Thanks a bunch!
