Primrose School of Glen Kernan

Our daughter loves Primrose, and so do we. The teachers are excellent, truly care about her and Ms. Nikki is always there for concerns- and tries her absolute best to resolve any issues. We feel very comfortable there and are very thankful for them.

My husband and I arrived for a tour about 6 minutes late (he was on crutches due to a torn ACL at the time) and upon arriving the director proceeded to take an interview in her office. We were ignored for 25 minutes before I approached the receptionist to ask when the tour would begin. That's when the director said "well you guys were late so..." I understood that we were late but it was obvious my husband was on crutches and that doesn't warrant ignoring a potential family. The tour was ok, but the staff looked over worked and like they didn't want to be there. There was also a medical emergency with a staff member so our tour was cut short. I took that as an obvious sign that this school was not for our family. Overall, seems well structured but overpriced and not a very welcoming environment. Also, a fee of about $150 or 250 was required just to get on a wait list. No thank you.

Ms. Smith; one of the preschool teachers at Primrose, is truly an extraordinary teacher. She brings such joy, creativity, and passion to her classroom every single day. With an artist’s heart, she infuses every lesson with imagination and inspiration, encouraging her students to explore, create, and think outside the box. She fosters an environment where creativity, curiosity, and learning flourish, and it’s clear she truly loves what she does. Ms. Smith not only teaches—she inspires. She sees the unique gifts in each child and nurtures them with kindness, energy, and genuine care. We feel so lucky that our child has had the privilege of learning from her!

We love Primrose! It has created such special place for our child to learn and grow. All of our teachers are wonderful and the staff are always so friendly when they see us, really making us feel like family. Ms. Dixon goes above and beyond to make our child feel loved. Even though our daughter has transitioned to a new classroom, she continues to check in on her progress and updates with our family!

We LOVE Primrose, but more importantly so does our child. The balance between lessons, art, music, language, and play time or exercise is absolutely perfect, and has helped our child grow exponentially. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff- from teachers to admin, to the chef and support staff, this team provides a warm and welcoming environment ideal for little ones; they know every child’s name! As a first-time parent, the process of bringing our child to school for the first time was a daunting one, but I was helped every step of the way by the staff, and our little one was nurtured in the most loving way by the teachers. My child is absolutely THRIVING, and I can say with zero hesitation that Primrose had a hand in this success!
