I cant recommend Angel at Premier Wellness highly enough. Angel is truly exceptional at what he does and sets the standard for what a top-tier sports therapy and massage professional should be. Angel has an incredible ability to assess the body, identify problem areas quickly, and tailor each session with intention and precision. His deep understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury prevention is immediately evident, and it shows in the results. Whether youre dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or training at a high level, Angel knows exactly how to adapt techniques to meet your specific needs. What really sets Angel apart is his combination of technical expertise and genuine care. He communicates clearly, explain what hes doing and why, and empower clients with education, mobility tips, and recovery strategies that extend well beyond the session.

Angel is an incredible massage therapist; kind, compassionate and highly skilled. After two pregnancies, weight gain, and life stress — I am constantly working on healing my body and mind, and I am lucky to have found Angel. Each session begins with a thorough analysis of symptoms and areas of body we want to address. He makes recommendations which can include, manual massage, cupping, hot stones, aroma therapy, sound and heat therapy. Throughout the massage he’s always checking in and if he recognizes there’s an area that needs more attention — he doesn’t ignore it. I walk out of our sessions feeling literal weight lifted off my shoulders — and I encourage others to experience this incredible massage therapy with Angel P.

Angel has been my mentor through my massage program and has been a real cornerstone in deciding where my career is headed. Though he is a neuro-based massage therapist, he is a heart centered massage therapist first and foremost. A massage with him will be incredibly intermixed with almost a decade of advanced training and experience in countless modalities (keeping in mind his knowledge is always expanding,give the guy a doctorates already lol). One constant regardless of what your session calls for is an intake with genuine compassionate communication and active listening. Massage therapy is a career choice that appeals to many who want to care for others , but what sets him apart is his commitment to sharing Aloha in our communities by volunteering, mentoring, teaching etc. in addition to massage therapy he also wants to open your mind to the inner workings of the human condition: our mind-body connection, our emotional drivers, motivations ,philosophies. I am forever thankful for having met Angel. He is my mentor/boss he is also family, or better said, ‘Ohana.

Angel is hands down (pun intended) the master at massage therapy. What separates him from others is his attention to detail, his educating throughout the meeting and his overall authenticity and care for each and everyone of his clients. What stands out is his ability to make you feel comfortable as well as truly know what is going on throughout the massage. His environment is very welcoming and clean. Angel makes you feel like family and is always looking out for your best interest, which I feel is rare in that industry. I recommend Angel 12 times out of 10 and am a forever client. I have been going to Angel for about 4 years and in that time span I did see some other massage therapist. No one even compares to Angel and his techniques and I will continue to go back to him every time. He immediately has this very calming presence that makes you feel comfortable right away. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help you feel better and reach whatever your goal may be. He even has recommendations of things you can do on your own to improve. Angel communicates extremely well to understand your needs. Even though I have been going to him for many years he still asks me at the beginning of each session if there is anything specific I would like to focus on so he can continue to tailor the massage to what you presently need. I personally have been going to him for extreme migraines. Between the work he does and a couple of natural things I do on my own, my migraines are almost nonexistent. Angel does such amazing work that even if I never had another migraine I would still continue to go him. I highly, highly recommend Angel!!
