These guys are awesome! Communication was great and kept us informed of their process. The crew worked all day but rain delayed some of the clean-up. They were prompt the next morning to finish. Preferred Exteriors did a very thorough job from beginning to end during our roof replacement. Zach was very detailed in explaining the process of replacement, as well as the insurance part of the process. Cleanup was very thorough and they even came back two other times just to ensure there were not traces of replacement. We have a pool and were very worried about roofing nails on the ground where people are always barefoot. Zach eased our minds and ensured us that they would definitely go over and beyond when it comes to cleanup. There was a lead there throughout the entire process which was nice. They didn’t just turn the project over to their workers and take off to go to another job. We were pleased with that. The only issue we had was with our insurance company not covering a portion of our roof (patio addition) that was added after the house was built. Zack worked with us on the cost and helped offset that cost. They tried many times to get insurance to cover but our insurance company wouldn’t budge. My wife and I would definitely recommend Preferred Exteriors for your roofing needs. Our new roof looks great. Thank you guys!

From start to finish, I received excellent customer service from Cameron and Zack. Cameron handled all the communications with my claims adjuster and the whole process was just very streamlined and stress free. Everything was well-explained in a way that made it easy for me to understand. My roof turned out beautifully and the crew was efficient and fast!
