They had Colin come out quickly during the recent rains, found the leak right away, and fixed it on the spot. He was able to get on the roof while we had a brief break in the showers and my home is ready for the rest of our usual winter rains. Due to my residence's shallow pitch roof (2 in 12), I wanted an alternative to shingles and a higher quality material than torch-down asphalt rolls. Pioneer Roofing is experienced with TPO and PVC roofing. I chose the fully adhered PVC option and the Pioneer crew, with lead-man Henry, did a great job with this material. I heartily recommend them.
