Phresh clean is the GOAT of cleaning services in NOLA, especially for short term rentals! I have been working with Phresh’s staff since November of last year and I am continuously impressed with their flexibility and quality of work. They are able to keep up with last minute additions and cancellations to reservations and my guest reviews on cleaning have never been below 4 stars. Chantel and Dontae on the management team are amazing to work with! They are reliable and truly care about the quality of work their teams provide. I love the ease of using the Phresh portal to schedule cleans and the ability to leave critical notes for the cleaning team. Their system also pairs with QuickBooks for easy payments and accounting. Additionally, the Phresh team can accept supplies for your rental and deliver it at their next visit! So helpful if you’re remote. I would 10 out of 10 recommend using Phresh for your short term rental cleaning needs!

We used Phresh Clean for move out cleaning to get our house ready for tenants. I requested the quote on yelp. Dante came in, inspected our property and sent us the quote by email. The quote was very reasonable. Dante was very friendly and professional. Our property manager informed us that they did an excellent job with cleaning. We did not have to pay until the work was inspected by our property manager. I would definitely hire these folks again in future.

I have been using Phresh for about a month now and every part of using this company is a breeze. Booking the service online is super easy with their user friendly set-up. I made a mistake and booked the wrong kind of service, and I recieved a call immediately to ensure I was taking the right steps.
