Panacea Luxury Spa

I visited Panacea Luxury Spa with two friends expecting a relaxing spa day, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The one positive was that our massages were excellent! This is the only reason I am giving two stars! However, the rest of the spa experience was extremely overcrowded. We had to wait in line for the bathrooms, steam room, salt room, showers, and even to access our lockers. Also, when we finally got to shower there was no hot water. The locker room was so congested that guests were reaching over each other just to get ready. During the chaos, another guest knocked my brand-new hair product off the counter and broke it. We spoke with management during our visit and followed up afterward. I communicated directly with the Director of Spa Operations, Jennifer, after our visit, but the spa still refused to reimburse the broken item. If they had simply reimbursed me for the product, I would not be writing this review. Instead, they repeatedly offered a small add-on for a future visit, which requires you to return and spend more money. It’s disappointing because our first visit was wonderful, which is why we came back. Unfortunately, this time the amenities felt chaotic and stressful rather than relaxing...especially at this price point. If you’re booking here expecting a calm spa day and time to enjoy the amenities, I would strongly recommend confirming how crowded it will be first. If management decides to revisit this situation and make it right, I would be happy to update this review.

This was my first time visiting Panacea Luxury Spa and I absolutely adored it!! I felt like a queen while getting pampered all afternoon. I first used the amenities including the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and salt sauna. All of them were clean spaces and helped me relax before my appointments. I booked a Chocolate Covered Strawberry body wrap and a 60-minute relaxation massage. Both were heavenly! I had Taylor for the wrap and she walked me through each step. My body was instantly at peace and I left the session fully relaxed. I will definitely book this experience again! Next, I had Kaylee for my massage! She focused on my back, shoulders, and feet - it was exactly what my body needed!! I cannot wait to return to this beautiful space! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me enjoy some much needed mommy-care time.

My fourth time coming to Panacea. Every time it seems to get better. The attention to detail, the extra hands and helpful nature of everyone working. I’ve had the brightening peel the last two times. Decadent. The neck, face, scalp massage was amazing. The products they use are top quality and nice to know you aren’t paying for a facial and slathering on toxic products. I had Cayley this last time and she was super warm, felt like talking to friend. Nonetheless, can’t recommend enough.

Special thanks to Kay for the massage, she's very soothing. Made sure I was comfortable through the process. I needed that!! Finally special thanks to Lexi, for the facial. This was very new for me and she made the experience wonderful. Very soothing and interested in what works for me along with my experience of the facial. Overall everyone was great. I loved the experience as an early birthday gift. I definitely recommend trying and I will be back!

Oh. My. God. I just had the best experience at this spa! I'm getting married this weekend and was way overdue for some much needed rest and relaxation, and boy did I get just that! Everything is so beautiful and clean, the amenities are luxurious, and the staff are so friendly and calming. Holly did my relaxation massage and WOW!!! That woman has a GIFT! I couldn't believe how good it felt. I am so glad that I got to come here and I will certainly be back!
