I had an incredible experience at Palestra. Angeline was the one who did my massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the environment is relaxing and welcoming. I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage.

I love practicing yoga at Palestra Spa & Studio. The class variety is awesome — from Deep Stretch and Restorative to Mindful Flow, Power Flow, and now Qi Gong. Whether I want to build heat or unwind and heal, there’s always a class that fits. The teachers are caring, creative, and fun, and the growing community is truly special. As someone who has only lived in Charlotte for a little over a year now, it's the place where I made my first friends. What better place to do that than a yoga studio! I appreciate the safe and supportive space to continue my practice. With the added bonus of a luxurious spa, it’s the perfect place to support your wellness journey.

I cannot say enough good things about Palestra Spa. I purchased massages for both of my daughters for Christmas, and my daughter also surprised her husband with one. From the very beginning, Brian, the owner, went above and beyond to make it all work. He was incredibly accommodating and helped coordinate an experience that fit perfectly into their tight schedule on Christmas Eve, even pairing time between the spa and the coffee shop so they could fully relax and enjoy the afternoon. What made it even more special is that this all happened on the very day they landed from a red-eye flight from California. After a long trip with their dog and a brand new baby, YUP!!! they were welcomed into a calm and beautifully curated experience. My daughter texted me right after her massage to tell me how incredible her massage therapist, Angelina, was and how amazing the entire afternoon felt. She and her husband were able to truly unwind and reset after traveling, which is no small gift. She also tried some of Palestra’s skincare and absolutely raved about it. She loved the experience so much that she ended up buying a massage for me to enjoy for my birthday. I’m so grateful I found Palestra. The owners’ commitment to health and wellness truly shows in every detail. I could go on and on, but honestly, just go visit them. You’ll see. 😊 - Michelle W

Palestra is the best spa I’ve been to in Charlotte so far, and I’ve visited several. Excellent location too with plenty around it. My massage therapist Iban is consistently respectful, courteous, professional, receptive, and always makes me feel at ease. He listens, and his technique is outstanding. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location is friendly. They make it very easy to do business with them - no hassles, no contracts, no pressure - that’s such a relief compared to the often dreaded conversations I’ve had at other massage studios where they do their best to persuade one to sign up for a membership.

Highly recommend the signature body spa massage!! By divine coincidence, I managed to get one of the few available spots available on the calendar and the service was top/tier. Laura took great care of me - THANK YOU! She was knowledgeable, professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I felt safe to allow a full scalp massage and she didn’t disappoint. I appreciated that Laura was also observant and allowed me the quiet time that I needed during the service to reflect and clear my energy. We finished up with hot tea in the beautiful tea room to settle before heading back into the world. I left lighter, more aligned and centered. I’m a huge fan of supporting our small businesses and excited to share this gem with you!
