The people who wrote bad reviews about this place do not understand Korean bath house culture. This place is INCREDIBLE. Clean. Safe. I can’t say enough incredible things. I got an 85 minute massage and it was life changing. I’ve been to spas and bath houses all around the world and this one is the best one in Los Angeles. Hands down. The salt room, clay sauna and jade rooms were my favorite. Customer service was amazing. I actually loved the 20% added gratuity for my service because it takes out the awkward exchange at the end. I’ll be coming back. Ladies we are so lucky to have a female only spa in this city. I felt so safe. Come here, read the rules, familiarize yourself with Korean bathing rituals and most importantly be quiet and respect the culture you are walking into. It was beautiful. Thank you, Olympic spa. ❤️

I’ve been going to Korean spa since I was a baby. This spa trying to be fancy is a joke of a Korean spa. They require you to register and out your card on file yet their online system is faulty. They won’t help you even if you call. They are pricey as hell. For authentic Korean spa experience, go somewhere else. Wanted to give it a try but they can’t even take my card over the phone and make a reservation even though their online system is faulty and erroring out.

Meh… Olympic Spa was not the Ktown spa vibes I was hoping for. Half our group were denied entry because they did not purchase a premium service. The rest of us were already inside so it was too late to leave so we ended up splitting up 😢 I did not know about the mandatory 20% tip that is auto charged. 💩 The venue was more like a small bathhouse with limited sauna rooms. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Vibe were more like a library where anything more than a whisper would create drama, I got hushed plenty of times for speaking in a normal tone. 🤫🤐😑 Will try a different spa next time.

The best Korean Spa in LA hands down. For the most part, it’s clean and well kept. Lots of amenities. The staff are all kind for the most part. I took off a star because some areas of the spa could use an update, occasionally they’re under staffed and run out of towels, and sometimes the staff use the bathroom facilities to brush their teeth/do hygiene stuff (?). I’m turned off by the automatic 20% tip, I always tip but feel it should be at the discretion of the customer, and their staff should be paid a living wage without it (not passing this expense on to clients). I don’t bother attending during the holidays anymore because of how noisy and over-sold the facility is, but other times of the year it’s very relaxing and quiet.

Been to several spas big and small always looking for comfort and new services Olympic checks the mark. Loved the ice sauna, snack bar, and shower area all very nice. Didn't like that massage services are in the same general area as hot tubs so not as quiet or private but no deal breakers. The staff was nice and all facilities were clean.
