I found Oak Hills Periodontics on Google after searching for a periodontist for weeks. When I read the ratings about their service, I decided to book my appointment. On my very first visit, the staff was wonderful, very polite. Dr. Diaz took her time answering every question and formulated a plan. As someone who had serious dental anxiety, she and her team of dental assistants made sure I was comfortable before my procedure. My experience with them has been very positive and I have already recommended them to others. If you are searching for a Periodontists, I highly recommend Oak Hills Periodontics.

Dr. Ray and staff always provide exemplary service! Today was no different. She assured that I was using the best dental care products, and her staff assured that I was adequately trained in using specialized products/equipment. My dental implant issue is significantly improving, thanks to Dr. Ray's unique expertise, and her heartfelt care for patients is contagious among her staff!

After going through MULTIPLE disappointing and stressful experiences at other periodontal offices in San Antonio, finding Oak Hills Periodontics was honestly a relief and a blessing. Dr. Diaz and her team are the greatest! They put the patient at ease and work so seamlessly together. Dr. Diaz is a great doctor that cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and answer the million and one questions I had. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Diaz and her team. I cannot say enough about my experience there.

Great and well handled procedures. No exception on the office experience. My one recommendation is to provide better explanation of the post-op routine. We did not know we had to have Ibuprofen and Tylenol arthritis, cold pack, and hot compresses, etc. We had to go buy these items after the procedure which could have been avoided if we had known beforehand. Otherwise, this practice is run in a very professional manner. I feel I was given lots of personal consideration by everyone. The "goodie bag" is also a really nice and personal touch. I know my tooth will be "smiling soon" thanks to you all. It's also great that Dr. Ray saved it. Not an easy task. Great job! - joe castorena
