My sister recently had her roof and gutters replaced by New Beginnings Construction, and I was able to observe parts of the project firsthand while the work was being done. Robert Suggs and Andrew Russell were outstanding throughout the process. From what I personally saw during the project, and from everything my sister told me about the work while it was underway, they were courteous, professional, and very attentive to the details of the job. They kept the work area organized, communicated clearly with my sister, and approached the project with care and craftsmanship that was impressive to watch. The finished roof and gutters look excellent, and the quality of the workmanship really stands out. Based on both what I personally observed and my sister’s experience throughout the process, Robert Suggs and Andrew Russell at New Beginnings Construction are exactly the kind of professionals you hope to find when undertaking a major home improvement project such as a new roof and gutters.

I found the company through google, they were the first to call me back. We set up an estimate and Micah came out to assess the damage. He was such an amazing person, from the first time we met. Very professional and knowledgeable, we were new to the roof repair thing, bro g first time homeowners. Any question I had, no matter the time of day, Micah would answer. He made sure I understood the process, every step of the way. The communication was great, they sent emails and they even have a portal to keep you in the loop. Our repair was scheduled for this past Monday. They brought the supplies the Friday before. On the day of, they arrived on time and got straight to work!! I was there during the whole ordeal, it was a little noisy, but that’s to be expected, I would peek outside every now and again. The crew was very respectful to not only me, but my property. My children had to leave for school, and one of the crew members made sure they got out safely through the construction zone. The work was done all in one day and it took a few hours to complete, wasn’t bad at all. Once they were done, I went outside and spoke with Micah. We stepped back and took in the beauty of my new roof, he also helped pick out the color of the shingles and it was an amazing color choice. He pointed out I few things to me and told me, not to worry, the shingles just had to settle. But he also said, if within a few weeks, if it still looked off, give them a call and they would come back out. They started the clean up process and was extremely thorough. They walked the property quite a few times with the magnet to make sure they got every nail. They left the property exactly as they found it. I am so happy to have found New Beginnings Construction company. I would recommend any and everyone to do business with them. You will not be disappointed. I had to crop the photo a little, but as you can see, my roof looks amazing 🤩

Awesome experience working with New Beginnings. They helped us with an insurance claim and honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Could’ve gone with a cheaper vendor, but I think in the end, their willingness to work with insurance and the professionalism was more than worth the difference. Also, they took pride and really wanted to deliver top quality. It was a pleasure working with these guys.

We are first time customers of New Beginnings and would happily use them again! They put a new roof on our Kiawah beach house and were very professional from the quote phase to the install phase. That initial responsiveness set the tone for the entire project. Because the damage was so extensive, we had to navigate some very tricky negotiations with our insurance company. Corey, with the New Beginnings team, was critical during this phase, insisting on further reviews and inspections to ensure the repairs brought us back to 'just like it was before' rather than settling for a subpar fix. The quality of the final result is outstanding, thanks to a few key people: * D Smith (Project Lead): A top-notch guy who kept us informed daily and made sure every team knew their assignments and got them done correctly. * Todd: Todd’s critical eye for detail ensured that the workmanship was held to the highest possible standard.
