I recently had a service from Native Pest Management, and I have to say the experience was excellent thanks to our technician, Jake. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the pest issues we were dealing with. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explained what he found in a way that was easy to understand, and walked me through the treatment plan before getting started. Jake was very detail-oriented and made sure every area that needed attention was properly treated. He also answered all of my questions patiently and gave helpful tips on how to prevent future pest problems. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Ellie did an excellent job with our termite treatment. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly.
