Native Pest Management

Had Omar come over today to service my house and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable he explained how everything works with the treatments and was very careful spraying around everything. Definitely would recommend Omar and Native again.

I recently hired Native Pest Management for termite treatment at my home and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Yari came first to perform the inspection. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the findings and recommended treatment plan. Omar then came to complete the treatment and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. He explained the process again, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was done properly and carefully. Both Yari and Omar were professional, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend Native Pest Management for anyone dealing with termites.

John is amazing!! Not only does he exemplify excellent customer service qualities and deep care for customer needs, but his knowledge of the products and the process is exceptional. He explains what he is doing, what he is using, and he even explains what we can do on our end to help mitigate the problem. I definitely recommend this company. I was blown away when I saw their ratings but after using them myself, it makes so much sense. They are also priced better than most places I looked into and the maintenance fee is reasonable and affordable. Additionally, everyone is so nice and professional and genuinely helpful. The administrative/scheduling people on the phones are the same way - kind, professional, and super helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to help you and they far exceed your needs and expectations. Truly an outstanding business. Definitely recommend John!! And of course native pest in general!!
