From start to finish David Meier, from Mr. Electric, did a great job. He explained the work clearly and helped to see things we will want to keep an eye on for the future without trying to pressure upsell. Mr. Electric got David out to us the same day we called and kept me updated throughout the scheduling for the work we had done. Great customer service from Malory, who first took my call, through David finishing the job. Highly recommend Mr. Electric and will definitely use again if/when our home has needs.

They came out quick and did great work. Kept us informed of progress and changes along the way. Mike and Emerson were great. They even brought a treat for Gigi on their last day. Would absolutely recommend!

We had an unusual power outage in the middle of the night. I actually got a live person (instead of a useless bot). I spoke with Janet and she said she would be happy to get an emergency service call set up and dispatched, but took some time to ask additional questions regarding the outage. After a short discussion, she stated that this may be an issue with the power coming into my house and suggested I contact MidAmerican Energy first. I did that and she was right. She could have easily just sent a technician and charged me $400 to tell me that when the got here, but did not. This is the kind of support and integrity that getting to be a thing of the past. Although they did not provide any actual service, they will be the first call I make in the future. They have earned my trust.

Brian and Cole showed up on time, we're friendly and straight forward so there was no guessing. They addressed any questions without hesitation or "let me look into that" which was nice. Also worth noting Mr. Electric was available 2 days earlier than everyone else I called. I generally hate having repair people come in because of the attitude however this was 100% the opposite. Great guys, give em a raise!

Great Experience with Mr. Electric! Easy to schedule an appointment and my service techs arrived exactly on time! Brian and Cole were both very thorough and professional!! They did the work required and also a small job that was a "last minute" add-on I had forgot about. Everything went great! I would recommend Mr. Electric for your electrical needs! I know I will use them again!
