Had a great session with Van, she was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage was for two hours and every part of it was very relaxing. Will definitely be back! The only con was that you share the service room with one or two other customers. And when they chat, it kinda ruins the calm. If there were separate rooms, it would’ve been perfect.

It was a 5 until Cam tried to force me into writing a 5 star review before she would check me out. Services were excellent but you cannot make people feel uncomfortable by tapping the 5 stars (on their phone)and then proceeding to hover over them after telling them to write a 5 star review. She literally tapped my phone to 5 stars and sat there and said I’ll wait. Way to ruin my peaceful experience by making me sit there and write a review when I can barely see. I told her no it was the wrong email and she finally backed off. It’s a great place but it seemed odd there were so many perfect ratings. Now it makes sense. She might get her way by making other people feel awkward but no. You are not going to force me into a review. Then she tipped herself the remainder of my gift card by saying it’s all used up anyway. So she gave herself an extra percentage to use up the card. I was half asleep! Let your customers decide their own experience, pushy. FYI kind requests don’t include you touching your customers phone to select 5 stars. And you walked away with a huge tip, well over 20%. Don’t physically try to get a good review and then call it a kind ask. It’s tacky to ask for a honest review while standing over the customer. So now the employee that dried my hair asked me to place a review (she wasn’t pushy, she was chill) Cam bothered me about the review and now I’m getting automated emails about a review. Obsessed with reviews? It would have been a 5 if you quit bugging me. Too bad because I thought the spa experience was excellent.

First time at a head spa and it did not disappoint! It was an amazing experience. So relaxing and my hair and skin feel amazing. I added on the gua sha treatment. Van was kind and every aspect of the treatment felt great and personalized. As an avid facial goer, the hair and scalp treatment was a great addition. I will definitely be back

Mother and daughter day was sooo worth it! We had an amazing experience with Cam and Mae! The whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing! Highly recommend the Moonlight Head Spa!!

This was the most relaxing experience. Cam was so sweet and very helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back at least once a month. I’d put 10 stars if I could! 🤍 Highly recommend adding hot stones also!
