Team 12 did an amazing job cleaning our home. We already keep things fairly tidy, but their work still made a noticeable difference. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, they even made a few small adjustments to our vanities that made the layout more logical for everyday use. Looking forward to seeing the results as we continue the service.

Edit: The issue has been resolved and a partial refund has been given for the missed areas. Molly maid has been truly the most despicable company to deal with. Our first issue was, they overcharged us for their work. They claimed they worked 4 hours, and they were there for 3. After fighting with them for countless calls, they finally reduced the charge. But then, we go to unpack our dishes and our kitchen cabinets were not even cleaned. There’s no worse feeling than wanting to unpack in your new home and everything is Absolutely filthy. Our house was completely empty so idk what they were cleaning for 3 hours. We sent pictures to the owners and asked for a refund, but they would not even issue a partial. Their only offer was to come back, but at that point we cleaned ourselves. They were non apologetic and completely rude the entire time. Not really sure where they get off. Do not waste your money. This is a prime example of fraud. They did not try to make anything better. Completely unapologetic.

Thankful for this service. Viviana & Katia were super nice and attentive, paid great attention to detail. I’d be happy to have them assigned to my home again if I ever need to schedule another cleaning through Molly Maids.

I’ve been using Molly Maid for over 7 years, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. Team 7 — Araceli, Adriana, and Jamie — is fantastic. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work are outstanding. They’re thorough, reliable, and I’ve always found them to be extremely trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Honest Review Started at 3.5 down to a 2. Now I’m going to touch up everything myself and clean my own my room. The good: didn’t have a time slot for me initially and they made one on the scheduling end. Cleaners were nice, friendly, took out my trash, cleaned out my garbage can and added a bag to my bathroom trash. The laundry room was cleaned throughly. For an average house cleaning it would probably be ok. But still lackluster. It’s a move out cleaning and if I was the next person moving in I’d be uneasy about stuff. 1. They are intentionally burning time to fit the quote time and that’s the worst part. It could’ve been done in 45-50 minutes less and even then could be excellent. Very mediocre. Wiping the same counters over and over and stuff is still dirty. One lady was cleaning my small bathroom for 80 minutes. My bathtub was dirty but the rest was easy she was done with the tub in 30 minutes which is solid . Texting a few too many times, head deep cleaning under sink cabinets that just need a basic wipe down because they are already clean. In the bathroom alone you have a dirty towel bar not wiped, the cabinets dirty you can see the white streak at the bottom and and top panel above and to the right, sinks with 3 visible marks, toilet with dust, lint and spots, even the outlet with visible dust. None of the lamps above cleaned. Doesn’t have to be perfect, but what was she doing in here? If I was management I’d fire the one, I guarantee you can get an additional cleaning job daily if you combined the wasted time at a few appointments each day. They are coasting. And if that’s the standard I can only assume Molly Maid is a Mediocre cleaning service.
