We have a 4 bedroom house. We have been using Molly Maid for almost a year now. Sometimes they send 3 maids. This last time was Nickole, Andre and Maria. They were very efficient and did a great job. The 2 core workers that come most of the time is Nickole and Andre. Even though it's a bigger job with just 2, they get it done in a good amount of time. They are respectful of our time. I am happy with the service.

My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Molly Maid of NOLA. The management does a great job of keeping us informed about the crews pending arrival and the work product has been fantastic! They're focusd on quality and do it with a smile. With Molly Maid, there's solid trust that we're going to get good value. A crystal clean shout out to our crew - Nickole, Andre & Maria!

Route 4. Nickole, Andre, and Maria. Good job cleaning. Punctual. Overall satisfied with cleaning crew. One negative of Molly Maid which is likely going to end my service with them after the next clean—-every time the cleaners come they ask you to call the company to say they did a good job. They leave you google review sheets to remind you to review. I hire a maid service to come and clean. Is the work outstanding? No. Is it satisfactory and the house is clean? Yes? Should I always be prompted to leave a review so they can get more money? NO. I want my house cleaned. And then I want to not have to constantly call or leave reviews. The high pressure tactics to get reviews likely goes against Google policies. Maybe they’ll see this and stop. If not, I will have to find another cleaning company and take time to have them come, look, quote a price l, and all that hassle. Is this worth a 5 star? Probably 3.5. But, the 5 star is what I’m hounded for every time they come. So here it is. 5 stars—unearned. But given. Give the cleaners a raise and have them stop hounding the customers.

Emily and Selena did an absolutely amazing job in my house! It looks better now than the day I bought it! Highly recommended and will be using these 2 again for sure!

Molly Maid is a fabulous service that helped me immensely with a move-out cleaning service. They made the time for me right before the holidays and even on a day they don't typically clean. Emily and Selena rolled up that morning, were super nice and got to work immediately. They were so professional and knocked out what would've taken me all weekend in just a few hours! Excellent and thorough job in an old historic home and pricing was extremely reasonable. And they service the Northshore, so my elderly parents will be getting a visit soon. I totally recommend this company to anyone in Southeast Louisiana!
