Molly Maid of Greater Charleston

I use this service weekly for my home, and my "cleaning days" are my favorite days of the week. I work from home, so I get to interact with the team when they arrive -- everyone is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. My house is sparkling when they leave. I have been a regular customer for years, all due to the professionalism and care of the team.

Colleen and Ashley did a deep clean and it was truly deep. The service was thorough and hit all of the hard to clean places. You have to be realistic about what can get done in these cleaning services. Molly Maid got it all done and even brought back to life our stained shower glass. Excellent overall.

Megan and Ashley were on time, called me when they were on their way, and were very detailed and thorough cleaning my home! They were so friendly and kind and my home has never been cleaner, honestly. I am very pleased with the service I received from Molly Maid and will be scheduling our next clean with them.

I really wanted to like this cleaning service, but my experience was disappointing. Teresa was great — friendly, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, the other lady, Ashley, completely ruined the visit. She rolled her eyes multiple times, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and even hit her vape inside my house, which is extremely unprofessional. Her customer service was terrible and made the whole appointment uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected basic respect and professionalism. I won’t be using this company again unless they make serious changes to their staff and training.

I called one week in advance to book Cleaning Services for the first time ever. I have never utilized Cleaning Services before and needed to get my home cleaned for pictures to be taken to sell my home. The company arrived and she asked me if this was a move out clean. I answered when I scheduled the cleaning, I was scheduling to have my home cleaned so Photos could be taken to sale my home. The lady said oh OK. One of the ladies said they were gonna go outside and get their things to start services. It was taking quite some time and then my cell phone rang and it was the cleaning company. The lady said they could not do services as the cleaning service That was scheduled was for a move out clean. I explained when I called and set up the service that is what was recommended for what I needed. The two ladies that had came, didn’t say anything to me and just left and they had the company call me after they had left and did not explain anything. It was terrible service by far, especially since this was the first time I booked and I explained the service I needed and if something was incorrect for that type of cleaning, the person who scheduled me should have informed what I needed. I explained this was the first time and I needed to get the home cleaned for photos to be taken to Cell. I had to scramble to find another cleaning service and luckily I was able to find one that was able to come to the next business day. Castle Cleaners came and I highly recommend them. They did a deep service clean and explained exactly what was going to be done and how it would be done. I would never recommend Molly Maid. It was a terrible experience from start to finish especially with the two women that came out and they were nice and said they were gonna go get their cleaning things and never came back absolutely horrible service. The only reason I gave one star is so I could actually leave this review. Do not book with this company you will regret it. I highly recommend Castle Cleaners they did a fantastic job and had amazing customer service. They actually came to my rescue with such a short notice of scheduling a cleaning after this company just left when they told me they were going outside to get their cleaning supplies. They didn’t explain anything to me and just left and the company called and explained. It’s absolutely terrible especially with Ever utilizing a cleaning service I just cannot express how poorly they handled the situation and did not just state. We need to do a different cleaning and provide services. I guess this happened for a reason so I could Book with a highly professional cleaning service who explained what I needed after I explained what happened to me.
