My grandfather Mr. Parker was helped by Team 1: Adriana and Ines. They were amazing! The house looks incredible! He was thrilled by their attention to detail and execution. Thank you so much!

I recently just had a team out to clean my house. While they did a wonderful job and my house was clean, they did not stick to the order I made. I requested common area as stated by the woman Bianca I worked with and the bathrooms to be cleaned. They took an extra hour and a half or more to clean my home because they decided to clean every single room in my home. I was quoted a certain amount around $250 or so plus a little extra. If they had to clean anything extra. I was charged $ $544 for a service I do not believe I agreed to. The one star is not for the clean, the one stars for how Bianca handled this. I am happy to pay for services that I requested or ordered. I am not a jerk and will take care of a bill if I received a service. The bill was paid from my account without discussion about the bill in advance. Their reasoning was they left me a voicemail. To my knowledge of voicemail does not receive consent to make a payment. Again, happy to pay for services, but would have enjoyed talking to Bianca or whoever first to discuss why the bill was so high. All in all, this was not handled appropriately. And this is why I canceled all services moving forward.

We have Team 3 come to our home each week and we are always so grateful for their attention to detail. They leave our house looking brand new! My twin boys love Dalia and Ana because they are so sweet. We trust them completely and are so grateful to have them!

This was a Christmas present and the best one ever. First ask for Team 17, Gabby & Anna. They were professional, courteous and lovely. They came in went straight to work. I can not say enough about how clean our home is. Thank you young ladies and Molly Maids.

I love team 8! I always look forward to the high quality details they add to my home. Whether it is the hotel excellence of the way they fold my towels or the sweet arrangement of tissues. It so nice and fresh to come home after they have done a cleaning. Thank you Team 8!
