The crew performed exceptionally well. We didn't have water, so they improvised by using bottled water for mopping. I highly recommend them! They did a great job!

My first deep clean by Molly Maids of Birmingham was amazing! My house is 3 bed/3 bath split level, apex 2000 sqft of dust, dog hair and dirt! They made my home sparkle and no hint of sprays or cleanser at all! Just clean everywhere! Thank you so very much to Erica, Mackenzie, and Heather!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I cannot recommend this service for anyone looking to get their house cleaned. Molly maid cleaned my house for 7 hours over 2 days and when they were done "cleaning" the house was hardly any cleaner. It is so dirty that I had to go back and clean everything again. There are so many spots around the house that were missed or ignored. I had them do a deep clean and paid them over $700 for their services and for me to have to clean again after them is ridiculous. The end result is like they were never here. There were stains in the kitchen, under the counter, on the wall, between the cabinets, parts of the bathroom missed, and the floor is still filthy. I have never seen this level of incompetency from any kind service before.
