I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent work the Modern Roofing team accomplished in re-roofing my wind damaged and leaking roof right before the 2025 Holidays. Before any work or material was ordered, Miguel and his crew made time on a weekend to lay a protective tarp over my leaking roof to prevent additional damage as rain was in the forecast. I am appreciative of the communication throughout the process and highly satisfied with the results. During my project, there was a a minor material discrepancy caused by the supplier. Justin and Ariel acknowledge my concerns and promptly rectified the issue. I would particularly like to commend Justin, Miguel, and Ariel for their professionalism, transparency and hard work throughout the project.
