Had them come out and clean my main drain 20 days ago. I have two clean outs in my front yard. I asked them if they would use both of them to ensure the drain was clean. They refused and only did the one closest to the house. 20 days later we have a clog again. I called them at 9 o’clock in the morning. They insured me they would be out today now they called me at 6:45 PM to tell me they would not be out. I asked to speak to a manager. Hailey told me a manager would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. I then asked her if I could call another plumber that actually has 24 hour service and send them the bill. She refused and said they would not accept it. So apparently they do not do 24 hour service and they do not stand behind their warranty. Disclaimer if they would like to make this right, I would be happy to remove this review.

Cory was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism immediately stood out — he arrived on time, was respectful of my home, and clearly takes pride in the work he does. What I appreciated most was how educational he was throughout the entire process. Cory H is amazing! He came an did a fantastic job. Was so nice and kind. He was so knowledgeable and went right to work and fixed it. Cleaned up everything even though I said to leave it and I'd take care of it. Truly a professional! We had a clog and some pipe issues.

Avoid Mister Quik. They charged me $1,493, misdiagnosed my problem, and never solved it. STAR Heating fixed it the same day for $297. I signed up for their $89 tune-up, which turned out to be nothing but a sales tactic to get into your home to upsell services. They asked if there was anything else they could look at, so I mentioned a leaky flue and a separate mini split for a single room. I never asked for a furnace quote. Taylor, immediately told me my furnace was "on the edge of death" and could go at any day. When I said I couldn't afford the $14,000 replacement they quoted, he kept talking about how unsafe it was because I have a high-efficiency unit that would break down if it ever froze in my garage. I told him my garage only gets down to the mid-40s at its lowest. I have a thermometer at eye level and a heater running to prevent pipe freezing. They also took unauthorized video of my house and furnace without my permission, all to upsell me on things I never asked about. For the leaky flue, Taylor quoted $1,493 and said the whole flue had to be replaced. He claimed it was unsafe and leaking carbon monoxide into the house. Fearing I could be slowly killing my family, I agreed to the work. I had to schedule it over a week out. When installation day finally came. During installation the installer requested access to the attic inside our house.Taylor told me they'd only need garage access and the attic above the garage. They weren't supposed to enter the house. I realized Taylor never actually diagnosed the problem. He just quoted a full flue replacement without determining if I actually needed it. After he got into the attic, the installer showed me photos of the flue leaking in multiple sections. Then he said he wasn't prepared to do the work in the upper attic, only above the garage. I was specifically told what I paid for would resolve the leak. He contacted others to see what could be done, then said they'd try to have someone look at the longer pipe later. He then asked me to sign off saying the work was complete. I refused until the entire job would be done. He said there was nothing else he could do. Right after he left, I checked his work and the flue was leaking worse than before. Before it was a few drips once in a while, now it was constantly dripping. I called back and they said dispatch would call when someone could come out. They sent the same installer who couldn't help the first time. He spent a few more hours and said there was nothing he could do. He claimed it was "most likely snow melt" and someone needed to look at the cap. I told him it wasn't snow melt because it leaks in summer too. He shrugged and said someone else couldn't come until Tuesday or Wednesday. At that point I was broken. I called STAR Heating, explained the situation. They solved my problem by end of day. I'm now their customer for life. They also offer free second opinions if you have another company's diagnosis highly recommend getting one before paying anyone. What hurt more than the money was how my problem was handled. I couldn't talk to a supervisor while this was happening. Every time I called, I got the call center saying there was nothing they could do, or I got AI. When I asked to be transferred to someone who could handle my escalation, they said they could only take information and have someone call back. I eventually got a concerns manager named Sarah. She answered very coldly and asked what my issue was. At times she had an annoyed tone, like I was forcing her to deal with me. I brought this up, but instead of apologizing, she spent time telling me everything she or they had done, no acknowledgment that I might be hurting. When I mentioned adding this to my review, she said "you're going to do what you're going to do, and I can't stop you." I wasn't asking to be stopped. I was asking for basic human empathy from someone whose company caused this problem. Taylor signed me up for the Shape plan and mumbled about auto-renewal. If you're on it, you have to call to cancel. It will auto renew every year.

Mr. Quik installed a whole home generator for our house. Nothing but compliments to give with this review. Hunter Wolfe was the electrician on the job and he was prompt, professional and communicated with us each step of the way. The plumbers that ran the gas lines were great to work with as well. Overall, very happy with the installation and price. Would definitely recommend them.
