Dylan Cataldo, our service expert, provided wise counsel and service above and beyond! Not only did he take care of original service issue, but he also gave our house an overall plumbing inspection to make sure all of our other plumbing components were in good operating order. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable man and if ever we need service again, we hope to get Dylan as our tech!

We are really happy we signed up for a free electrical inspection from Tyler at Holt. He was excellent at explaining our options and pricing. Tyler and Azri came back the next day and performed the services with impeccable customer care - they even moved our stuff out of the way and put it back since the outlets they updated and created were in the garage.

I recently had Holt Plumbing and Heating out to handle a furnace issue and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about their work. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and took care of it without any hassle or unnecessary extras. No problems at all—the job was done right the first time. A huge shoutout to Matt, Richard, Mikki, JP, and Justin—all of them provided excellent service and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a team that’s so courteous and skilled. We’ve used Holt before and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing, heating, or cooling needs. Highly recommend!! Thanks again to the whole crew!

Daniel Milligan was out to diagnose our fireplace that stop working properly. Not only did he get it working better than it had in 10 years he cleaned it as well. I got to listen to him training a fellow service tech as well on how to do fireplace service. He was thorough, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and a great trainer. Great experience.

Trent with Holt was excellent! He went above and beyond to troubleshoot our primary shower by disassembling it and calling two vendors who did not have the part which is when he went above and beyond finding the part on line. In addition, I had a question about a whole home filtration system and he took the time to educate me extensively. Trent with Holt provided white glove customer which was greatly appreciated!
