This was my fourth or fifth time at Ming Moon, and the second time at this particular location. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. Even though we had a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our table. When we were finally seated, we were immediately reminded what time we had to leave the table, even though the delay was not our fault. The worst situation happened with the dessert — I found two hairs in it. After reporting it to the staff, they only took away the pieces of cake with the hairs and apologised, but no further action or compensation was offered. I also spoke with the manager, whose response was very disappointing and nothing was really done about the situation. It’s a shame, because I previously had a much better opinion of this place.

Tried Ming Moon today wasn't open until 1pm. Very clean and tidy and a great selection of dishes. Staff were extremely friendly and service at table side was quick and efficient. Price for mid week was £18.99 there is a 2 hour time limit to be aware of. There is a licenced bar here which serves various drinks and cocktails. The execution in cooking of the dishes were excellent would highly recommend the chicken satay. Toilets are on sight and there is parking at the Bullring which isn't to far from the restraunt. All in all great find serving excellent quality food at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend a visit if your heading to Birmingham City centre. Big thankyou to all the staff that made our visit so memorable will definitely be returning.

Great food selection..No seriously freshly prepared largest Buffet selection..and the Karaoke Room was a bit Small. So they moved us to a Bigger room. Only Criticism it closes 10pm..just when your ready to sing you heart out. But All in All great place to go

Had been wanting to try visiting here for quite a while so waited for a special occasion to do so. There is quite a wide variety of dishes but if you don't eat meat, you will be restricted for choice. I eat fish and seafood so could choose these dishes but was disappointed there weren't more with tofu. We managed to have several plates of the savoury dishes but didn't try any of the desserts. We didn't book ahead but didn't wait too long for a table.

I visited Ming Moon Buffet in Birmingham and had a pleasant experience overall. They offered a wide variety of food options, and the price was reasonable. The food tasted good, and I especially liked that they had plenty of desserts to choose from. The staff did a great job clearing plates from the tables promptly, which made the dining experience smoother. The décor was also nice and added to the atmosphere. Overall, I was satisfied with both the food and the service, and I would recommend Ming Moon Buffet to others.
