Their buffet and sauce station are particularly impressive, providing endless options to customize your flavors exactly how you like them. ​The soup bases are rich and deeply flavorful while remaining pleasantly mild, making them perfect for everyone to enjoy. What really sets this place apart, however, is the entertainment; you can order fun activities right to your table, including the famous noodle dance and even singing. Before you head out, make sure to check the souvenir section of the menu for a fun memento. Even the restrooms deserve a mention for their incredible attention to detail and extra touches that show how much they care about the guest experience. It is easily one of the most exciting spots in the city.

Just had Haidilao and honestly it felt like being teleported back to China for a couple of hours. The flavours were exactly the same as back home — rich, authentic and so comforting. Every single thing we ordered tasted amazing. Huge thank you to Harley for the incredible service. So attentive, friendly and genuinely caring. You can really feel the difference when someone enjoys what they’re doing. The self-service snacks and fruit station were also such a great deal — so worth it! If you’re missing proper Chinese hotpot, this is the place. Will definitely be back ❤️

We had an amazing experience here! Team leader Lee was absolutely fantastic — so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful in explaining everything to us. He made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Even though there was a dining time limit because of the holiday, we went a little over, and he kindly let us finish our meal without rushing us at all. That level of understanding and professionalism really stood out. Haidilao’s service is already well known for being exceptional, but Lee made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Really great food, the people super kind, they even peeled the prawns for me. Kelly was responsible with my table and she gave some amaaaaazing recommendations as I didn’t know what would work better. Then Leo was very kind as well, helped with my lots of questions. But all the other staff members on the floor were always kind and cleaning super quick my table. The food was out very rapidly as well. I Totally recommend it 🤩
