Jim (owner) and his son were a pleasure to work with! We had gutter guards and Malarkey Shingled roof done. They also removed the old exhaust chimney from when the house was first built. His team were kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care when I let my dogs outside for a break and by the end of the day my husky had won all their hearts so much that they each gave him ear scratches before they left. The price was also spot on what we expected to pay.

We had Milwaukee Roofing do our gutters in 2020 and had a great experience so when we wanted to do our siding, soffits, and fascia this year they were our first call. Another excellent experience!! Even though it was mid October when we contacted them, they were able to complete the entire job in just under a month. Our house looks amazing and they helped with decision making along the way. Highly recommend!!

SUPER HAPPY with our new roof! From the extremely detailed inspection, to the explanations of our options and choices, to the immediate estimates that compared and contrasted, and to the actual installation itself over a weekend that included unexpected rain, we are 100% satisfied. The crew are stellar, working until the very last moment of daylight, and our house stayed completely leak-free even during the unwanted downpour. Jim and Kennedy answered all of our questions and provided guidance, and Jim himself attended to re-situating our gutter guards (installed by this company a couple years ago!) to make sure they fit well now that we had a brand new roof alongside them. Milwaukee Roofing did our roof three years ago (they were called Energy Masters at the time) and it’s holding up well, as are the gutters, flashing, and ventilation work they did. Jim is helpful even after a sale. He came out today to inspect the caulking on our flashing and his expertise won the respect of our chimney specialist. When Jim’s guys did the work three years ago, the huge team (that got the roof done in one day 💪) was skilled and professional.

We had Milwaukee Roofing out to replace our garage roof and our patio door a couple of years ago. Not only was their work exceptional, but they took the time to sit down with us and walk through the project from start to finish. They made sure that all available options were on the table and answered any questions we had. I am so confident in their work that we plan to have our home roof replaced with them in the coming month or so and have recommended them to all my friends and family in the area.

Milwaukee Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Jim's communication was excellent. The team was professional, reliable and friendly. They were respectful of our property and took good care to prevent damage to our gardens. They also spent extra time to problem solve the source of a leak. We'd use them again.
