One of the best out there. Efficient in operations and communications, and very detailed in their product/cleaning. Have had many partners for cleaning over the years and once we found MC we knew we wouldn’t be leaving them for awhile!

The team from Mill City Cleaning performed a deep clean on my house that was in a pretty terrible condition. When they left, it was cleaner than it has ever been before. What they were able to accomplish in one day is beyond amazing. You will not regret hiring them. Showed up on time, worked diligently the whole day, cleaned up everything and after themselves, were respectful and kind. I will use them whenever I need cleaning in the future.

Mill City did an excellent job cleaning our house. We initially hired them to service our carpets, and Carlos, the service technician, did an extensive job. He took the time to explain the treatment process, and the carpets turned out amazing and fresh! We were so impressed with the carpet cleaning that we decided to have them return for a deep cleaning of our entire house. With four kids and two dogs, we needed a thorough cleaning! The house looked incredible afterward. We are so impressed with their service and professionalism that we have signed up for regular cleaning services. The Mill City crew is fantastic and did a very detailed job cleaning our home. I highly recommend this company!

I hired Mill City for a deep clean of my vacant loft and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results — especially considering I paid over $400 for the service. For a "deep clean," I expected thorough attention to detail. However, I still found food residue in the kitchen and other areas that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned nor addressed per my request. The space didn’t feel or look like it had received a professional deep clean, which was frustrating given the price point. I was hoping for a much higher standard of work and attention to detail. Another challenge was that the cleaners spoke very little English, which made it difficult to communicate expectations or point out areas I wanted extra attention on. This likely contributed to the lack of thoroughness, and I wish the company had addressed this ahead of time or provided a clearer way to communicate during the service. While the team was polite and scheduling was easy, the service itself fell short of expectations. Would have appreciated better quality control before considering the job complete.

We have used Mill City Cleaning several times over the years for various house cleanings and have always been satisfied. Recently, we started doing regular scheduled cleanings once a month. It's been great. The cleaners do great work and it's always nice to come home to a clean house!
