I booked two appointments for me and my husband. Filled in my information so it was accessible. Arrived day of waited the full time for my stylist only to be told at the very last minute she does not cut short hair. There was no information on my stylist outside her name when booking. A brief summary on what they specialize in on the website would be helpful and beneficial for both stylists and client. I felt completely disregarded they didn’t even tell me themselves they sent the person working in the front desk to tell me they won’t or can’t cut my hair. A complete disregard for my time. When a stylist did come to "offer service" the style offer was so off mark with what I wanted. I have had my hair cut the way I was asking before with no issues. Yes I have curly hair but I do not wear it curly. I only arrived with it in it's curly state because I had a wash blowdry scheduled. I was not going to do a blow out prior to my appointment just to have it washed out. I understand not every cut is for every person due to texture. My hair is thick but the curls are loose and easily managed. Instead of actually working with me or even asking questions about how I wear my hair when someone did offer to "squeeze me in" even though I had a scheduled appointment, they wanted me to go on google and look for bobs. I was not asking for a bob nor did I want one. I felt brushed off, the experience completely soured to the point I no longer had any confidence to have my service completed. It felt like I would not get a full salon experience after being disregarded. It’s embarrassing and demoralizing.

I came in on Christmas Eve and they were kind enough to fit me in last minute. Angie, the hairstylist, was incredibly kind, listened carefully, and did exactly what I asked for. She cut the perfect length and gave me amazing layers. I walked out loving my hair. I highly recommend her!

After going to a salon that was unable to fulfill my needs, I had to rush to find a salon due to an event. I gave this place a try. They were able to assist me on short notice. Paula was my stylist and she was great. She hooked me up. I went in for a wash, cut and style. My pixie cut looks better than Ive ever had it for my thick hair! Everything was great. The service, the clean atmosphere, the fun conversations... hearing other staff speaking to customers and helping them with their needs... exceeded my expectations! I will be back for sure!

Paula did my hair and she was amazing! She got me the exact color I wanted and she was very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend her, will be going back if I ever need my hair done again. 10/10 service and 10/10 execution.

Albana made my hair look amazinnngg! She made sure to take her time through every step of the process including washing, drying, and styling my hair (despite there being only an hour allotted for the appointment). I truly appreciate her attention to detail and suggestions when it comes to styling. Keep in mind that the women’s haircuts start at $55 but could go up. My haircut ended up being $75 before tip due to the fact that it’s thick and mid/low back length so just beware and make sure you’re okay with the price before starting! I will definitely come back to Albana as she gave me exactly what I wanted :)
