Highly recommend. Rob is awesome and will work with you regarding any needs and giving your business a valid tax perspective that you may seek. They are patient and prudent on execution. It's been a pleasure to work with them.

Mr. McFadden filed my taxes for 2021 and 2022; I was hoping to continue to use his services but in 2023 I received an notice from state of Maryland for additional payment for Tax year 2021 and this was calculated incorrectly. I paid and asked Mr. McFadden to follow up and get my money back (around $3K). After writing back and forth he actually ghosted me, not replying my emails. I would be Ok with him requiring extra money for the time he spent or if he told me he can not do it but delaying me for 3 months and ghosting is not professional. So I suggest, may be try someone else for this service.

I do not have enough good words to describe my business relationship with McFadden Accounting, but I will try. I have been working with McFadden Accounting since 2017 since starting my business and have been extremely satisfied with Mr. McFadden’s knowledge, skillset, and support. McFadden Accounting continuously support my accounting and tax efforts, but has recently provided exemplary support by assisting my company with obtaining Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program participation approval. I thank and appreciate the McFadden Accounting's team for their continuous support through the very difficult SBA 8(a) application process, on top of other services provided. And I look forward to a continuous relationship with McFadden Accounting.

Mr. McFadden returned all of my dozen or so calls within 15 minutes of receiving them. He walked me through issues with my paperwork step by step and even took the time to help me review an upcoming business opportunity that was not listed in my agreement with his company. I 100% realize that tax professionals are extremely busy during the first 4-5 months of the calendar year yet he consistently returned emails and calls in a prompt manner. I will and have recommended Robert’s services to any business people that are interested in getting the most accounting services for a reasonable rate and with a positive attitude.
