I had my very first facial with Kiarra, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly woman! Unfortunately, the rest of my experience left a lot to be desired. Based on their reviews, I had high expectations for this location. I booked two services: 60-minute Brightening Facial and 60-minute Deep Massage. During the cleansing portion of the facial, the esthetician kept the faucet running constantly, creating distracting noise that disrupted what's supposed to be a relaxing and calming atmosphere. She did not perform any extractions, despite the service including them. When I asked if I needed extractions, she confirmed I did. I also didn't get to enjoy a gentle massage of my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands while my treatment mask worked its magic. That part of the service was neglected. Before the massage, I told the masseuse I wanted deep pressure. I specifically booked a deep tissue massage, noted it on the tablet, and selected target areas (gluteal muscles and back). However, the pressure was firm, not deep, and he didn't address my lower back and glutes at all. I left with the same minor lower back pain I arrived with. I highly considered purchasing a membership, but the services did not justify it. I might try Massage Envy again, but I am doubtful.
