Mario’s did an excellent job with our roof! They came out with a big team and did the house, detached garage and shed in less than a day. They were cleaning up by 2pm. Did great work and were thorough in cleaning. Everything about our experience with the company was professional and easy. Travis (sales) and Chris (project manager) were both friendly, communicative and helpful. Will use them again for future projects.

Roof job. Started several months later than expected, took more than twice as long as quoted, shoddy job on porches (drilled dozens of large visible screws through two porches in disparate directions), workers littered and peed on sidewalk and street in front of house and laughed about it. Issues noted and acknowledged without discounts or apologies. Disappointing overall. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. Yes, we are certain it was Mario's on Washington St in Stoughton, uploaded snapshot from the pdf contract stationary to confirm. Can't comment about the screw choice. Someone in the condo pointed this out and a few days later somebody showed up to sever the parts that were sticking out, but the stubs and split wood remains.

Mario’s recently completed our windows and siding project at the end of June. Our house was built circa 1933, so there were some challenges because of the house’s age, multiple renovations over the years and poor workmanship done by one of the previous contractors. We had three quarters of the house resided; four windows replaced with Harvey double-hung replacement windows (including all the interior window trim) and replaced six windows with two Harvey 3-lite double-hung construction windows that included a reconfiguration of the front of the house. Mario’s team of Joe, Alex and Crew, led by Don did an amazing job! From start to finish, as other online reviewers said in their comments, they arrived at 7AM sharp and stayed late during the project. At each day’s end, the job site was spotless as the crew meticulously cleaned up the place. As I watched the crew work, in excessive high temperatures (80+ degrees), you could tell that they cared about their craft and their tenacity to get the job done right—the first time! Refreshing! As anticipated, there were a few “hiccups” along the way, but the team identified the problems, explained the solutions to us and ultimately fixed the issues to our satisfaction—and the neighbors as well. We got so many “thumbs up” and “It looks great!” from neighbors passing by. I would highly recommend Mario’s for anyone’s next project. Their pricing was affordable and competitive and everyone from sales to the “Front desk” was a pleasure to work with. I will be definitely referring Mario’s to friends and family. And if I need any service in the future that they provide, Mario’s will be my first call! My only recommendation to Mario’s – If you had a plastering crew that could patch and repair around new construction windows after the main work was done, I would pay $$$ to have that done as it is an artform that should only be left to the pros—and not me 😊

Great company. Gave me a great price and got work done quickly. Ryan Johnson, who was the salesperson, was friendly and easy to work with. He spent a good amount of time explaining the process to me as I have no knowledge about house renovations. He informed me of the benefits and how I could save a lot of money doing the roof, siding, windows and the front porch all at once. He was willing to adjust the numbers a bit to seal the deal. The quality and frequency of Ryan’s follow-up communications were impressive. He listened to my concerns about any issues and followed up promptly with resolutions. I appreciate his honesty and felt like he was supporting my goals rather than pushing an agenda. The workmanship met my expectations and the quality of work was great as well. My front porch looks better than what I had hoped for. As a result, I feel very confident in doing business with Mario’s Roofing and highly recommend it.

I had used Mario's for the replacement of my roof and some windows when I purchased my house 8 years ago so I decided to call them again when it was finally time to replace the long overdue rotting siding as well as sliding glass door and a couple more windows. I was very happy with this decision. The team I worked with at Mario's did a great job from beginning to end of the project. John was able to come out quickly to quote the project and then was very patient and understanding when it took me a couple months to get back to him with the agreement. I was also surprised and pleased when the project was able to start much earlier than originally anticipated. The work crew led by project manager Tawn did a great job, worked very hard each day and was able to complete the project within a week. Even when I had noticed that the outside work had caused some minor damage to an interior window sill, they addressed the problem and repaired it quickly without issue. The coordination with the electrician needed on site was also seamless. When the work was complete, the team did an excellent job of cleaning up. In the back office, Lori did a great job answering my questions on billing and order modifications. All in all, the end result was the house looks great I was very happy with my decision to go with Mario's. I would highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs.
