Their 49 point checklist is a joke. Over half the things listed were not even done. Ceiling fans were untouched and bathroom sink was still dirty. Don't bother with their 24 hour guarantee, that's a complete joke as well. Maids didn't fix anything even the second time around. Unless you are prepared to babysit the maids while they clean, you're not going to get much out of this service. Do yourself a favor and hire a solo cleaner, they will always do a better job than these bigger companies.

I hired MaidPro to do a pre-move in cleaning for my new home as I was very busy with other things and didn’t have time to do it myself. Had I known how subpar the cleaning would’ve been, I would’ve just stayed up late the night before move in day and done it myself. Cleaning service was okay at best. For the price, I really expected more. When I came back to the house after the cleaning, I wiped my hand along the kitchen countertops and my fingertips were coated in a thin layer of dust. There were also multiple spots on the floor behind the toilet that were skipped over completely. Maybe I just got really unlucky with the two maids they sent over, but you guys seriously need to work on your attention to detail. The cleaning just felt very “lazy” and it’s possible MaidPro sent over the two maids who maybe aren’t that good because I had stated that I wasn’t looking for a recurring service prior, and they probably weren’t worried about me not wanting to hire them again. But that’s pure speculation, just to be clear. Overall, I will definitely look elsewhere for future cleaning services if needed. The two cleaners assigned to my house were Julia and Tabitha in case you were wondering. I was reading through a lot of these reviews and there doesn’t seem to be any on either of them, which could be because they are either new hires or just not that good. Response to the owner: Thank you, I was well aware of the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. However, it would've made no sense to wait half a day for the maids to come back and re-clean areas that they should've gotten the first time. I just cleaned them myself because it was faster and more convenient. I'm just very disappointed that it wasn't cleaned properly the first time around and even required a re-clean.

Working with Stacy and Cynthia was awesome!!! From setting up the appointment, to doing the job itself; we were so pleased with how wonderful of a job maid pro did with cleaning our home!!!

She was friendly, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the results. I needed my apartment cleaned for a move out. The cleaners did a great job getting the apartment and kitchen appliances spotless. I was very satisfied working with Julie!
